I went to the grocery store this evening. I bought toaster strudels, milk, beans, yogurt, ice cream, pasta, salsa sauce, Doritos, bananas, and lettuce. It cost me $109.22.
I was in sequence grateful that
a) I could go to the store
b) that my store has all those amazing things on the shelf
c) that I had the money to buy the stuff, and
d) that I had a car to lug it home in.
I just felt like telling you that. Quite remarkable really don't you think?
I also ran 30 kms today for which I am as well grateful, even if the last 5 kms was kind of hurtful. I am still struggling a bit with the calf muscle I hurt last November.
I don't know if there is even anyone out there, but if not so be it. I'm gonna start posting again on a fairly regular basis because I have to start recording my workouts, and this is as good a place as any.
Love
Peter

Still here bro. You are right, it is pretty amazing and it would be good if more people realized that. I'm looking forward to Waterloo in April.
